  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and invoices intact

Products showing signs of use, damage after delivery, or improper handling will not be eligible for return.

  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events (unless damaged or defective)

  • Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear


3. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement:

  2. Include your order number, product details, and clear images or videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days

If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return instructions, depending on your location.


4. Inspection and Approval

All returned items are subject to inspection after pickup or receipt at our facility.
FurnifyFactory reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject a return based on product condition

  • Offer a replacement, store credit, or refund as deemed appropriate


5. Refund Policy

Once a return is approved and successfully inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase

  • Shipping, installation, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

Please note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
