We provide estimated delivery times on the shipping page, but these are indicative and may vary based on location, distance, and our logistics partners. While we're not responsible for delays by courier companies/postal authorities, we'll assist in tracking your package through our partner courier services.

Orders may arrive from different locations in multiple packages, but you'll be charged a single delivery fee for the entire order. Once your package ships, we'll email you the tracking information.

Please note that COD is not a trial option, and payment is required before accepting the order. Refusal of COD orders will deactivate the COD option for future orders. In certain pin codes, COD may be unavailable due to our shipping partners' limitations.

Depending on the geographic location of the customer it may take about 3 to 12 working days to deliver the product to the customer door.

If it is a 'Made to Order' product, please check the Dispatch timeline for the product mentioned on the product page.

For Example- If the Dispatch timeline for a product is 5-7 Days then please expect delivery in 5-7 (Dispatch) days + 3-12 (Delivery) days.

The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. Customers are recommended to place an order early on if they have a deadline to meet. Apart from the shipping time, in case the product has to be tailored to meet the customers requirement, it shall need time for production, which varies from 15 days to 20 days depending on the production requirement and quantity ordered.

For special time-bound delivery requests, email us and mention the preferred delivery time in the order comments. We'll make an effort to fulfill the request, but we cannot guarantee it.

We use reliable courier companies like Delhivery, Ecom Express, and Amazon Shipping for orders in India. If your address is in an unserved location, we'll contact you to find an alternative solution.

Cancellations must be emailed within 4 hours of placing the order. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds are not possible for cancellations at the doorstep or after 3 failed delivery attempts.
