    Returns & Refund

    We take utmost care in packaging our products to ensure they reach our customers safely. In the rare event of your Order arriving damaged, kindly share an unboxing Video of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we'll promptly address the issue.
    While we love our products, we understand that sometimes they may not fit into your home as expected. For such instances, we offer returns within 7 days of order delivery. Please specify the items you wish to return. If partially returning an order, hand over only the relevant items to the pickup agent.
    First-time returns are processed without charges. We'll pick up the product(s) from your doorstep and issue store credit for the returned items' value. Shipping charges paid during the order are non-refundable. Note that a free return may be denied if a previous COD order was canceled at the doorstep.
    Subsequent returns incur a nominal fee detailed below. After pickup, we issue store credit (minus charges) for the returned items, allowing you to shop on our website. Shipping charges paid during the order are non-refundable.
    - For orders below Rs 1500, pickup charge is Rs 250
    - For orders above Rs 2500, pickup charge is 10% of the order total
    Returned items must be in original packing, unused, and in the received condition. Original papers must also be returned with the product.
    In rare cases where the pin code is unserviceable by our courier partners (Delhivery and Shiprocket) for returns, reverse pickup can only occur when the pin code becomes serviceable again.
    If you suspect tampering with your parcel, contact Furnifyfactory immediately and record a video before opening. In case of an undelivered order SMS, inform Furnifyfactory within 24 hours of the successful delivery SMS.
    Furnifyfactory uses third-party courier services and is not responsible for shipping delays. We aim to process returns within 10 days. For time-sensitive orders, contact our customer Support team at care@furnifyfactory.com.
    Orders cannot be canceled/altered after 4 hours. Once packed/shipped, cancellations are treated as returns if not accepted. For COD orders, Furnifyfactory may deny future orders, and for prepaid orders, 2-way shipping costs may apply.
    Return requests need approval before processing. The Furnifyfactory Care team must approve your return request by email, text, or WhatsApp. Upon approval, it may take 48 hours for the team to respond.
    Online orders cannot be returned at offline stores. Upon clearing quality checks, you'll receive store credit/voucher for your next purchase, valid for 3 months.
    Disputes will be handled amicably. If unresolved, the jurisdiction for disputes is Uttar Pradesh, India.
    For artisanal, hand-made products, slight variations are natural and not considered defects. For bulk or customized orders, returns are discussed case by case.
